The tool returns a list of keywords saying how many times people are searching with what keywords. It also shows the region which is Local and Global.
You may find the keyword what you choose is perfect or you may find better keywords what people are typing in more. The keyword what has more amount of volume that keyword is what you want to target. But wait, there is more into it. Although there is a good traffic quantity from a good keyword, but there will be more competition for that keyword too. Well, don't worry about it, if you can do well in optimizing your site on page and off page both, then you are not far away to get there. It will take longer term for a more competitive keyword than a less competitive keyword. Google also prioritises the older sites, so you will have to be a little bit patient in that, because you can beat that by having some good back links. We are not there yet, so let's concentrate to the keywords only.
